As someone who is a huge advocate for bot support in games these days I got you covered as the first thing I checked when I booted up the game was bot support features:Black Ops III does not have combat training sadly as I still play that a lot on black ops I.

However the bot support Black Ops III does have includes full features which is epic. At least on consoles I have the option to play bots in online custom games AND offline local play. The best part is with local play all weapons, perks, maps, and even rarer game modes (like gun game) appear to support bots now. I think in black ops II the special game modes didn't allow bot support but looks like all the game modes you can chose this time around can be played with bots. Even better all the camos for offline are unlocked including the zombie ones which is epic.So while its missing combat training you still get the entire Black Ops III sandbox at your disposal to enjoy which is wonderful. I hate it when people tell me 'its 2015 no one cares about bots' the reality it is still very relevant and many do care, not everyone enjoys the lagfest known as online when all you wanna do is have fun shooting things.

For all the bad rep CoD games get at least they have the guts to keep bots still.
