Does anyone know of a place where we can still download WorldShip 9.0? We're prepping for a GP2010 deployment and I want to test our exact versions in a test environment to carry out my due diligence. We have a third party program that works between WorldShip and GP, which we'd like to confirm will be okay once the upgrade is complete.

1 Upgrading/Installing UPS WorldShip v12.0 These interface instructions support UPS WorldShip Software V 12.0. Your E2 Packing Lists MUST carry the Shipping Code “UPS” in order for the export to “see” them and list them on the Export tab of the interface. I know we should probably just get their WorldShip up to date.. Abe manual introduction to business. but rather than possibly bringing up new issues, we'd prefer to ascertain we can get through the upgrade and then get the rest sorted while everyone is still comfortably chugging along.

Worst case I'll test with 10.0, of which we have a copy.. and we can always upgrade the Live environment if we confirm all is well therein.

Not only do they sound like nasally twelve-year old girls, but they look like rats on a bad hair day. Heck, I'd rather hob-knob with the Borg than associate with those furry excuses for a life form. I think your best bet is to find someone with a copy or contact support for a copy. Other than that, I think you're not going to find a site to download from.

### 9-13-2019 ### FIXED SUCCESSFULLY UPDATED ADMIN SYS FROM 1803 TOO 1903 WITHOUT UNINSTALLING WORLDSHIP, After upgrading windows, had to go to start / UPS / UPS support utility. Admin tab and choose 'configure windows firewall for UPSdatabase access' Then everything worked and all nodes connected. So, Make sure your upgraded to the latest version of Worldship (available online at UPS) and 1903 will work.I am having problems getting UPS Worldship to work correctly on Admin and nodes that upgrade to Win-10 1809 or 1903 builds. Not only does it not work correctly on 1809 or 1903. I have tried everything andhave found only 1 working solution: If I install Worldship on a system for thefirst time that is current too 1809 or 1903 then it works. Even If I uninstall Worldship first, then upgrade too the newer Windows builds, I have issues reinstalling as worldship has issues then determining if the system is an Adminor Node. Any of my 9 Systems that have had Worldship on it before it rolled too 1809 or 1903 do not work. I understand that Worldship is not quality software, their support is about equal and I have been fighting with Worldship on every build since 1703.I keep some of the best systems well maintained to minimize issues and problems as this is a crucial part of our business.

Hi r0nrulesMy name is Andre Da Costa; an Independent Consultant, Windows Insider MVP and Windows & Devices for IT MVP. I'm here to help you with your problem.Have you tried reinstalling the software using compatibility mode to see if that works? You can try choosing a earlier version of Windows the software is known to work in such as Windows 7 or Windows 8.Run Old Software on Windows 10 with Compatibility Mode - groovyPostInformation in the above link is sourced from a trusted Microsoft MVP blog.Best regards, Andre Da Costa Independent Advisor for Directly. Looks like you will have to downgrade to Windows 10 1803 and stick with that for now.

Its still a supported release.Windows Update might attempt to upgrade to Windows 10 1809 later again. See instructions how to block it:I would also recommend you file a bug report; send me the short link so I can vote on it and bring it to the attention of the Windows engineers.Information in the above link is sourced from a trusted Microsoft MVP blog.Note: This is a non-Microsoft website. FYI: Also had same issue with over a dozen systems on 1809. Worked with WS support for weeks, even provided them with VMs to test on. Comparability mode did not work at all as a solution. UPS never found a workaround or solution. Finally bit the bulletand reinstalled on all and imported backup data and had to remap all ODBC. Nothing I tried worked except reinstall. I was hoping they had fixed it but sounds like same issue still exists.

The issue has something to do with rights, for example if I ran asadmin it worked but only when manually updated each time.Elevated script did not.Sasha. It sounds very similar to what I had to do a few months ago with 1809. This time I reach out to the UPS level 2/3 contact I was working with last time and asked her about what I had read and she confirmed that MS is working with UPS on this and she assuredme she would get back to me when they find a fix. Last time I gave them (UPS level 3 several VMs to work on for about 3 weeks), the eventual fix they came up with didn't work so I ended up redoing the installs on about 10 machines in 3 different locations.Being that they never actually came up with a solution last time, I can tell you if it acts the same it had something to do with permissions as when we ran-as admin they used to work but this time I understand the MS installer actually blocks you from installingif it detects UPS Worldship?

Been trying to update many computer with UPS WW on them for the last weeks. Microsoft block and it's impossible to update the machine, saying 'Something went wrong' and then everything stop. We run a powershell script to see the blocked app, it's the UPSWW software that is blocking the update. The only way seem to delete the software and reinstall it, but thats not a option. Backup everything and cross my finger that the app will reinstall after the migration.

As the company relay on this for it's operating, I will not guess it.Not upgrade to the lastest version of windows give us problem with compatibility and security. I'm also running into the same problem with UPS worldship (and possibly also FedEX ship manager). I've tried doing an inplace upgrade to 1903, using USB media and copying the ISO on to the HD, which did NOT work. Everytime it failed with Error: 0xC1900209- 0x4000D. So far the ONLY solution I've found is to remove UPS worldship (backup the DB, and the ODBC settings, etc), install the 1903 build and reinstall UPS worldship. I'm waiting to hear back from UPS TSG about when they'll have a version of Worldshipcompatible with 1903. HUGE UPS WORLDSHIP BUILD UPDATE 8-16-2019,8-21-2019 At the moment: Microsoft will still stop all systems from rolling if Worldship is installed.

I will know more tomorrow but just asked the UPS level 2 agent I worked with last time on this and this is what she has said so far.' The post is correct there is an update for WorldShip which is a full install, new version is 22.0.17. I believe it is supposed to work with the Windows 10 feature build 1903 but have not had the opportunity to test. Your emailcame shortly after a regularly schedule conference call with Development or I would have asked for some specifics. We have another meeting on Thursday I will ask for some details about the update. There are some other updates that have been downloaded as objectsto WorldShip which are also related to making WS and Win 10 Build 1903 work.' I may run some initial tests on some VMs.Thanks,S.
